CLARINETS
NEW!!  Bamboo clarinet sound

Bamboo clarinets with gourd or horn bell.
Clarinet sound in different keys.

Bamboo clarinets or aidófonos have a characteristic hollow sound of a standard clarinet on its lower register.

They surprise everybody since they have a very bass sound compared to their size. That's due to the single Clarinet reed attached to a cylindric bamboo tube.

Except under request, aidofonos have an own 9 toneholes fingering. that allow them to reach more than 2 octaves from the lowest tone, in a simple and small instrument.

Keys

depend on the size of the instrument, lenght in cm.

B b  about 37cm
G major about 42 cm
F major 46cm

In each of these keys, are aidofonos without bell, with gourd and with cow horn bell.  Belled ones are lowder, and horn bell ones are the most strident and powerfull.

Long, C models ( and low Bb under request) have a keywork to reach the fartest tonehole.
